Whew – that’s a long list but we can do a lot!


We will discuss with you your requirements and offer a daily rate of £350 for an 8-hour day equivalent, invoiced monthly as worked. Days will be allocated over the entire period of the service and will not need to be consecutive as we understand that meetings, events and conferences have different deadlines throughout the period. Any travel and expenses are charged extra and agreed in advance.

If you are managing multiple meetings/events and require administration support, we can also source support staff for you and assign to each meeting/event accordingly. We will also provide backup support where necessary.

We offer a special rate for NGOs, Universities and Charities of £300 per day (conditions apply).
