Louisa understands the complexity of running a business. She founded Blue Ninja Consulting Ltd after more than 13 years of experience in international administrative support. Louisa has worked in project delivery roles and thrives in team-based environments where deadline driven outcomes are critical to the success of projects. Louisa specialises in research, processes & procedures and website building.

Having carried out analyst and administrator roles in various financial service businesses, Julie Taylor has key experiences in all facets of process mapping, governance and control, reporting and continuous improvement. The last 3 years she has honed her PMO (Project Management Office) skills as a self-employed professional, frequent time-critical work has needed the balance of prioritisation and getting things right the first time.

Terri has more than 20 years admin and secretarial experience, including 9 years as a qualified bookkeeper. In that time she has helped a wide variety of small business owners to run their businesses more efficiently. Terri loves to learn and using her new found skills to help others.
